I’m going to be real with you for minute…I mentioned in a recent Facebook LIVE video that many times network marketers take their business online because they think that it’s the easy way out or they think they won’t have to work as hard…
And while building your business online DOES 1,000% make your life as a network marketers easier and less stressed, it still takes commitment and consistent action.
And when combined with using the right tools, then you can really start seeing the power of the internet and social media.

“Colleen, I just don’t have time to be on social media 24/7 promoting my business!”
And that’s ok…
I thought the same thing when I got started!
That is until I found a couple of tools to help be automate my social media content and posts that helps me spend little to no time on social media throughout my week. (More on these in a bit)
In fact, these days I probably spend on average an hour or 2 a week, just doing LIVE videos and responding to messages.
Everything else is pre-scheduled and automated for me.
Pretty cool, right?

How many text messages or emails are you really going to send someone to schedule just one meeting?
Early on in my business, I remember sending text message after text message just to find a time that works best for my clients and prospects for either 3-way calls or a face-to-face meet up.
It was a huge time sink!
In fact, I used to spend upwards of 30 minutes a day just scheduling meetings, conference calls, etc.
Those 30 minutes each day certainly add up!
Oh, and did I mention that I have clients overseas…so fighting the time zone difference was such a pain!
I was desperate for a simpler solution and finally found a tool called, Calendly.
If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know how much I RAVE about Calendly!
Calendly is a way cool tool that allows you link your business calendar (i.e. Google Calendar, iCal, etc.) to this platform and allow people to schedule their own meetings with you, based on whatever times work best for them!
And if you have a nationwide or international team, setting up video chats and conference calls can also take up A LOT OF TIME!
